Clarify what meet-and-greet means
Some services provide an inside-terminal greeter; others arrange curbside pickup after the passenger contacts the driver. Before booking, ask exactly where the passenger will meet the chauffeur and whether the driver assists with luggage from the meeting point.
Provide the right flight information
Flight number matters more than a scheduled arrival time because it lets the operator monitor changes. International travellers may take longer to reach the public arrivals area, especially with checked baggage or customs processing.
Group arrivals need one communication lead
For families, delegations and conference groups, one person should communicate with the driver. YVR recommends that tour groups use a greeter inside the terminal to gather passengers before coordinating with the vehicle.
