Airport pickup is a coordinated process

Build buffer around the whole arrival, not only landing time
A scheduled landing time is not the same as a curb-ready pickup time. Taxiing, gate access, baggage claim, customs or immigration, washroom stops and travelling with children can all change when a passenger is actually ready to leave the terminal. A good pickup plan therefore uses the flight number as the starting point, then defines how the chauffeur and passenger will communicate after arrival.
Choose the vehicle from the luggage plan
Airport bookings should be matched to both passengers and baggage. Four travellers with four large checked cases may need more cargo room than six travellers carrying only small bags. Ski equipment, golf clubs, strollers, mobility devices and child seats should be disclosed before a vehicle is confirmed. Fixed departures deserve more buffer than flexible hotel check-ins.
