An executive sedan operator may be excellent for airport and corporate work but not appropriate for a 14-person group. A stretch-limousine company may specialize in events. Ask about the exact vehicle and service required.
Judge the booking process
A professional quote should clearly identify the date, pickup, destination, vehicle class, price structure and key policies. The company should also have a reliable way to update flight, contact or itinerary information before travel day.
Verify the operator before comparing luxury claims
Vehicle photos and premium language are easy to publish. More useful questions are whether the company is appropriately licensed for the work, carries commercial insurance, has clear booking terms and can explain how airport or event pickups are handled. A legitimate operator should be able to answer those questions without ambiguity.
Ask who actually provides the vehicle
Some transportation companies use affiliates for trips outside their home area or when their own fleet is unavailable.
